The launch of the project was preceded by several institutional exchanges with a view to harmonizing the collaboration framework and making the implementation of the project a reality. The images below illustrate some of the exchange sessions between the authorities of the University of Kinshasa (UNIKIN) and the Research Center for International Development (CRDI).

It should be noted that the collaborative framework involves three institutions, namely the Congo Basin Water Resources Research Center (CRREBaC) of the University of Kinshasa, the United Nations University – Institute of Water, Environment and Health (UNU-INWEH) and the Research Center for International Development (IDRC). ANNEX I presents the letter of signature of the grant contract and the instruction for the organization of the administration of the project at the University of Kinshasa. ANNEX II presents the draft of the memorandum of understanding (awaiting the administrative procedure for signature) between CRREBaC and UNU-INWEH.
