CB–HYDRONET as a capacity building network is promising in the region for collaboration and support of different activities in water resources management. With this consideration, strengthening the partnership was one of the objectives to be achieved this year as part of the communication strategy of the network's 2017 work plan. This is achieved through participation in meetings organized by our partners. Regarding the engagement of new partners, it was a Skype meeting between representatives of CB–HYDRONET and GWP–CAF, from which it was decided to explore a new partnership with ECCAS through its Disaster Risk Management component.
