Professor Raphaël TSHIMANGA, Director of the Congo Basin Water Resources Research Center (CRREBaC) was the keynote speaker invited to the plenary of the Economic and Social Council of the DRC (CES - RDC) on October 20, 2020 to enlighten the honorable members of this Council on the challenges of water resources in the Congo Basin as well as the elements to be taken into account in the development of their management strategies.

Indeed, the Economic and Social Council entrusted the study of the issue to its environment commission and resolved to consult the scientific point of view of the Congo Basin Water Resources Research Center.
